Recently, actor Sunny Leone's name came on the merit list of a college in West Bengal. Now Bollywood singer Neha Kakkar's name has also been added to the list. Neha's name has topped the merit list of a college in Malda district of West Bengal.
The principal of Mann Kichak College in Malda district, Anadred Chaudhary, said that after the first merit list was released on Friday, he had released a fresh list correcting the mistake. "We have registered a complaint with the local police station and the cyber crime cell of West Bengal Police. It is the bullying of someone who wants to spoil the higher education system and online admission process by adding the names of celebs in the merit list. The College Student Union, which is also on the Trimul umbrella, believes that someone is behind this kind of movement.
It is learnt that Sunny Leone was ranked third in the list of England's honours of Barasat Government College in 24 Parganas district. Before him, US adult star Danny Daniels, Mia Khalifa, has also been named on the merit list.
