Two big companies - Walmart and Microsoft - can buy TikTok's business in the US. The claim was made by news agency Reuters. According to Reuters, Walmart and Microsoft have joined hands for a possible partnership with TikTok US. The two companies will now join the bid together. It's not that Walmart and Microsoft will become first-time partners. Microsoft's Azure cloud platform is first used at Walmart. 


What did Walmart say?


According to the report, Walmart said that we are confident that the partnership with Microsoft will end the tension of us government regulators. It will also meet the expectations of ticket users in the US.  The news comes at a time when Ticketlock CEO Kevin Mayer has resigned. Kevin Mayer was made ceo of the company four months ago. He was previously the top executive at Disney. 


90 days deadline

In addition to Microsoft, Walmart, the technology sector company Oracle is also showing interest in buying Ticketlock's U.S. business. At the same time, Twitter's name was also sprung up among those who bought it. The US Trump administration has asked Ticketock to sell its business within 90 days.

If it is not sold within 90 days, the app will be banned. However, tick talk has recently confirmed that the company will challenge and prosecute the US government's order.

When it comes to India, Reliance Industries can buy The Indian business of Chinese app Tickettalk. It is reported that talks are on between Ticketock's parent company Bitdance and Mukesh Ambani-owned Reliance Industries Limited (RIL). In July last, the Indian government banned 59 Chinese apps, including Tickettalk. The government has banned Chinese apps, including Tickettalk, citing privacy.
